This plan is for you if you already do some form of cardio and just want to add strength training to build lean muscle. There are 3 strength workouts a week that incorporate the fundamental movements: push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge and rotation...and different variations of each. Every 4 weeks you are assigned a fresh new set of workouts. By repeating the movements for a minimum of 4 weeks, we will focus of dialing in your form and technique, apply the progressive overload principle and get you stronger!!

This plan is for you if you are looking for a program that is fully customized to YOU! Every 4 weeks you will receive a new set of 5 workouts based on your fitness level, available equipment and time you can dedicate to the program. I will keep you progressing, keep you motivated, and keep you accountable!
5 workouts per week. Your 5 day split will include a push day, a pull day, 2 leg days and a full body day.
A fresh new set of workouts will be added to your training schedule every 4 weeks to keep you progressing.

For more than 25 years, I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of women understand how empowering it can be to feel strong, both physically and mentally, by creating fun, effective workouts that actually get results! It seems crazy to think that I am turning 50! But as a mom to 4, a step-mom to another 4, and gramma to two precious babies, being able to maintain my strength and energy has been a top priority. What could be more important than growing older and still being able to give the younger generation a run for their money? I want to be able to keep up with them for as long as I possibly can! I'm a California native, but Utah has been our home for almost 20 years. I was an avid runner for 15 of those years, completing over 20 half marathons and Spartan Races. We have also been involved in CrossFit for almost 10 years, and really enjoy the camaraderie and friendships we have gained. Family means everything to us. We spend 2-3 days a week every summer on the lake wake surfing, and I have promised my kids that this is my year to learn!
