Every 4 weeks you will receive a new set of 5 workouts based on your fitness level, available equipment and time you can dedicate to the program. I will keep you progressing, keep you motivated, and keep you accountable!
5 workouts per week. Your 5 day split will include a push day, a pull day, 2 leg days and a full body day.
A fresh new set of workouts will be added to your training schedule every 4 weeks to keep you progressing.
Keep track of your progress and log reps/weights all inside the app.
